An American Requiem (2002)

Pacific Chorale joins Pacific Symphony for the premiere recording of this work by Richard Danielpour combining the liturgical text of the Requiem Mass with poetry by Whitman, Emerson, H.D., and Michael Harper. Dedicated to the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
